Product Description
Nausefe Tab. is prescribed for treatment of nausea & vomiting caused during pregnancy. It is formulated using dicyclomine hydrochloride, doxylamine succinate, and pyridoxine hydrochloride as active compounds. This drug belongs to antihistamine class of medicine and shows no adverse effects if consumed under prescription. It is first generation anti-histamine which gets metabolized in liver by CYP2D6, CYP1A2, and CYP2C9 enzymes. Nausefe Tab. has bioavailability of around 24.7% with elimination half life of 10 to 12 hours. It also serves as an antagonist to histamine H1 receptor with ability to provide relief from night-time allergy & cold.
