Product Description
Prozan-AL Tab. is a combination of two antidepressant & antipsychotic drugs that are prescribed for anxiety, migraine, hypertension, and panic disorders. It is known to work by binding to receptor site on GABA receptor and assisting in calming effect. Propranolol present in this tablet belongs to beta blocker class of drugs which crosses blood-brain barrier and blocks action of epinephrine & nor-epinephrine to exert its peripheral activity. Prozan-AL Tab. gets metabolized in liver by cytochrome P450, CYP3A4, CYP2D6, CYP1A2 enzymes. It also contains which is known to have excellent bioavailability of 80 to 90%.
